These High-Protein “Everything Bagel” Savory Wedges are a nutritious and tasty snack or breakfast option.   • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup oat flour (or ground oats)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning (plus more for topping)
  • 2 large eggs
  • Optional: Chopped chives or green onions for added flavor


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients:
    • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, eggs, and chopped chives (if using). Mix until smooth.
  • Add Dry Ingredients:
    • In a separate bowl, combine the oat flour, baking powder, salt, and everything bagel seasoning.
  • Combine Mixtures:
    • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until fully combined and a thick batter forms.
  • Shape Wedges:
    • Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading it out into a round shape about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into wedges, or use a knife to score the top.
  • Top and Bake:
    • Sprinkle additional everything bagel seasoning on top of the wedges. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  • Cool and Serve:
    • Allow the wedges to cool slightly before cutting again along the scored lines. Serve warm or store in an airtight container.
