  • 1 cup Dry Brown Lentils

  • 1 Green Bell Pepper

  • 28 oz Crushed Tomatoes
  • 15 oz Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a large pot with olive oil.
  2. Add onions, peppers, and garlic; sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in spices and cook for 1 minute to bloom flavors.
