- 1 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Large Egg Yolk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy (approx 3 mins).
- Beat in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla.
- Mix in the dry ingredients (flour, cornstarch, soda, salt) until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop onto sheets in rounded mounds.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool on sheet for 5 mins then move to a wire rack.
