Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (16 oz each) refried beans
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chiles
  • Optional: Jalapeños, cilantro, and tomatoes for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Beat together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Mix in taco seasoning and green chiles.
  4. Fold in refried beans and 2 cups of the cheese.
  5. Spread into the dish and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling.
  7. Garnish and serve warm with corn chips.
