- 20 oz canned pineapple chunks (with juice)

- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped

Instructions
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- Whisk pineapple juice, soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger, and vinegar; pour over chicken.
- Cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or HIGH for 2-3 hours.
- Add pineapple chunks and peppers in the last 45 minutes.
- Thicken sauce with a cornstarch slurry before serving.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
