- 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1.5 cups fresh strawberries, finely diced
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth; fold in diced strawberries.
- Unroll crescent dough and cut into strips or rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each strip and roll up tightly.
- Brush rolls with melted butter and coat in a mixture of graham cracker crumbs and remaining sugar.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
