- 2 cups fresh strawberries, finely diced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tube (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dough
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 large egg (for egg wash)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (for glaze)
Instructions
- Macerate diced strawberries with a tablespoon of sugar.
- Beat softened cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Flatten crescent dough and spread cream cheese mixture over each piece.
- Top with graham cracker crumbs and diced strawberries.
- Roll up the dough, seal the edges, and brush with egg wash.
- Bake at 375°F for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with a simple powdered sugar and lemon glaze before serving.
