  • 4-6 cups sparkling water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Simmer rhubarb, sugar, and water in a saucepan for 10 minutes.
  2. Add rosemary sprigs and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve and let the syrup cool.
  4. Combine the chilled syrup with fresh lemon juice in a large pitcher.
  5. Stir in sparkling water just before serving over ice.
