Instructions
- Mix warm water, yeast, and honey; let foam.
- Add sourdough discard, oil, flour, and salt; knead into a dough.
- Let dough rise for 90 minutes until doubled.
- Preheat oven and pizza stone to 500°F.
- Stretch dough, add sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
- Drizzle with hot honey and top with basil before serving.
