Ingredients

- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Cold Unsalted Butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup Sourdough Discard
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Pulse dry ingredients and butter in a food processor until crumbly.
- Mix in sourdough discard, honey, and vanilla until dough forms.
- Chill dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll dough between parchment paper to 1/8 inch thickness.
- Score into rectangles and dock with a fork.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes.
- Cool completely on the pan to crisp up.
