  • 0.25 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice apples into small cubes.
  2. Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Mix sourdough discard, egg, milk, and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in the diced apples.
  5. Heat oil to 350°F in a heavy pot.
