A fast, flavorful, and low-carb dinner featuring tender beef cubes and crisp asparagus tossed in a rich garlic herb butter.
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs Ribeye or Sirloin steak, cubed
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat steak bites dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear steak in a hot skillet with oil and butter for 3-4 minutes; remove and set aside.
- Sauté asparagus in the same skillet until tender.
- Add remaining butter and garlic to the pan, then return steak to the skillet.
- Toss to coat in garlic butter and serve.
