Description

A fast, flavorful, and low-carb dinner featuring tender beef cubes and crisp asparagus tossed in a rich garlic herb butter.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs Ribeye or Sirloin steak, cubed
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Pat steak bites dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear steak in a hot skillet with oil and butter for 3-4 minutes; remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté asparagus in the same skillet until tender.
  4. Add remaining butter and garlic to the pan, then return steak to the skillet.
  5. Toss to coat in garlic butter and serve.
