A creamy, spicy, and crispy chicken thigh recipe made in a single skillet in under 30 minutes.

- 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk mayo, chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
- Toss diced chicken in cornstarch until coated.
- Pan-fry chicken in oil over medium-high heat until golden and crisp.
- Add garlic and ginger in the last minute of frying.
- Turn heat to low, pour sauce over chicken, and toss to coat.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
