- 1 Egg Yolk
Instructions
- Boil and mash potatoes with butter, cream, sour cream, and egg yolk.
- Brown ground lamb with onions and carrots in a skillet.
- Add garlic, tomato paste, flour, broth, and Worcestershire sauce to create a gravy.
- Stir in peas and season to taste.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the meat mixture and create ridges with a fork.
