  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Egg Yolk


Instructions

  1. Boil and mash potatoes with butter, cream, sour cream, and egg yolk.
  2. Brown ground lamb with onions and carrots in a skillet.
  3. Add garlic, tomato paste, flour, broth, and Worcestershire sauce to create a gravy.
  4. Stir in peas and season to taste.
  5. Spread mashed potatoes over the meat mixture and create ridges with a fork.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
