  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter and milk.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet, then drain excess fat.
  3. Sauté onions, carrots, and garlic with the beef.
  4. Stir in flour, then add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce to create a gravy.
  5. Mix in peas and transfer the meat mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Spread mashed potatoes on top and create ridges with a fork.
