Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (or Tamari)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Toss chicken and green beans in the marinade (reserve a small portion for later).
- Spread ingredients in a single layer on the sheet pan.
- Roast for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through, until chicken is cooked to 165°F.
- Drizzle with reserved sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
