Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce (or Tamari)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  3. Toss chicken and green beans in the marinade (reserve a small portion for later).
  4. Spread ingredients in a single layer on the sheet pan.
  5. Roast for 20 minutes, tossing halfway through, until chicken is cooked to 165°F.
  6. Drizzle with reserved sauce and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
