- 1 lb Ground Beef (85/15)
- 1 medium Green Cabbage, shredded
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated
- 1/2 Yellow Onion, diced
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 2 Green Onions, sliced
- 1 tsp Sriracha (optional)
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add diced onions, garlic, and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in the shredded cabbage and stir frequently as it wilts.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes until cabbage is tender-crisp.
- Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
