Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese block
  • 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Fresh dill and mint for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prep radishes.
  2. Toss radishes with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Combine feta, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and remaining oil in a food processor.
  4. Blend until completely smooth and light.
  5. Spread feta mixture onto a plate.
  6. Top with warm roasted radishes.
  7. Garnish with honey, lemon zest, herbs, and red pepper flakes.
