- 2 bunches fresh radishes, halved
- 8 oz feta cheese block
- 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tbsp honey
- Fresh dill and mint for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prep radishes.
- Toss radishes with olive oil, salt, and pepper; roast for 20-25 minutes.
- Combine feta, yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and remaining oil in a food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth and light.
- Spread feta mixture onto a plate.
- Top with warm roasted radishes.
- Garnish with honey, lemon zest, herbs, and red pepper flakes.
