- 1 cup Strawberries
- 1 cup Cantaloupe
- 1 cup Pineapple
- 1 cup Kiwi
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Purple Grapes
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 10-12 Bamboo Skewers
Instructions
- Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly.
- Peel and cut larger fruits into 1-inch uniform chunks.
- Thread fruit onto skewers in rainbow order (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Purple).
- In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Arrange skewers on a platter and serve chilled with the dip.
