Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked jasmine or sushi rice
  • 1 tbsp Kewpie mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cucumber, diced
  • 1 sheet nori or nori snacks
  • 1 tsp furikake


Instructions

  1. Reheat the cooked rice until steaming and fluffy.
  2. Drain the canned salmon and flake it into a bowl with a fork.
  3. Mix the salmon with mayo, sriracha, and soy sauce.
  4. Place the spicy salmon mixture over the warm rice.
  5. Top with avocado, cucumber, and sesame oil.
