Ingredients

- 1 lb ground lamb or beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil potatoes until tender and mash with butter and cream.
- Sauté onions, garlic, and ground meat in a skillet until browned.
- Add tomato paste, veggies, broth, and Worcestershire sauce; simmer until thickened.
- Spread mashed potatoes over the meat mixture.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes until the top is golden brown.
