Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Macerate sliced strawberries with 1/4 cup sugar for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  3. Stir Bisquick, milk, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar until soft dough forms.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Whip heavy cream with vanilla and sugar until stiff peaks form.
  7. Split warm biscuits and layer with strawberries and whipped cream.
