Description

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups 100% Fruit Juice
  • 4 tbsp Grass-fed Gelatin
  • 2 tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2-3 Probiotic Capsules
  • 1 pinch Sea salt


Instructions

  1. Bloom gelatin in 1/2 cup cold juice for 5 mins.
  2. Heat remaining juice and honey until warm, then whisk into bloomed gelatin.
  3. Allow mixture to cool to 100°F-110°F.
  4. Stir in probiotic powder from capsules.
  5. Whip the mixture on high speed using a mixer for 10 minutes until fluffy.
  6. Pour into a lined pan and refrigerate for 4 hours until set.
