Ingredients

- 2 cups 100% Fruit Juice
- 4 tbsp Grass-fed Gelatin
- 2 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2-3 Probiotic Capsules
- 1 pinch Sea salt
Instructions
- Bloom gelatin in 1/2 cup cold juice for 5 mins.
- Heat remaining juice and honey until warm, then whisk into bloomed gelatin.
- Allow mixture to cool to 100°F-110°F.
- Stir in probiotic powder from capsules.
- Whip the mixture on high speed using a mixer for 10 minutes until fluffy.
- Pour into a lined pan and refrigerate for 4 hours until set.
