- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.75 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 0.5 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 0.5 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin.
- Whisk dry ingredients (flour, oats, leaveners, spices) in a large bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients (discard, sugar, egg, milk, butter, vanilla) in another bowl.
- Gently fold wet ingredients into dry until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for 18-22 minutes.
