  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl and stir in melted butter.
  3. Mix in brown sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Sprinkle in baking soda and salt, then fold in flour until just combined.
  5. Fold in 3/4 of the chocolate chips and pour into the pan.
