An ultra-moist and decadent banana bread packed with semi-sweet chocolate chips and brown sugar for the perfect texture.
Ingredients

- 3-4 extra-ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl and stir in melted butter.
- Mix in brown sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Sprinkle in baking soda and salt, then fold in flour until just combined.
- Fold in 3/4 of the chocolate chips and pour into the pan.
- Top with remaining chips and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
