- 24 oz high-quality white chocolate chips
- 2-3 packs of Marshmallow Peeps (assorted colors)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Assorted pastel sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Fold in half of the mini marshmallows.
- Spread the mixture onto the pan.
- Press Peeps and remaining marshmallows into the wet chocolate.
- Top with sprinkles and let set for 2 hours before breaking into pieces.
