Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear salmon in olive oil until golden; remove from pan.
  3. Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in butter.
  4. Deglaze with broth and stir in heavy cream and spices.
  5. Whisk in parmesan until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return salmon to the pan and coat with sauce.
  7. Garnish with basil and serve.
