- 4 Salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear salmon in olive oil until golden; remove from pan.
- Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in butter.
- Deglaze with broth and stir in heavy cream and spices.
- Whisk in parmesan until the sauce thickens.
- Return salmon to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with basil and serve.
