A viral-inspired gourmet dessert featuring fresh strawberries filled with a crunchy pistachio kataifi mixture and coated in premium chocolate.

- 12 large fresh strawberries
- 1 cup kataifi pastry, chopped
- 1/2 cup pistachio cream
- 12 oz high-quality chocolate
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp tahini
- Edible gold leaf for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries.
- Toast the chopped kataifi in butter until golden brown and let cool.
- Mix toasted kataifi with pistachio cream and tahini.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
- Dip strawberries in chocolate and let set briefly.
- Apply the pistachio-kataifi mixture to the strawberries and coat again with chocolate.
- Garnish with gold leaf or pistachios and chill until firm.
