- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1/2 cup Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pound chicken to 3/4 inch thickness and season with garlic, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Sear chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked (165°F).
- Spread ranch dressing over each breast and top with a slice of Provolone.
- Mix panko, Parmesan, and melted butter in a small bowl.
- Spoon the Parmesan mixture over the chicken.
- Broil on high for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
