- 4 Tilapia Fillets
- 1 lb Fresh Asparagus
- 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 4 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Large Lemon
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt and Black Pepper
- Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
- Trim asparagus and place on one side of the pan.
- Whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and spices.
- Pat Tilapia dry and place on the other side of the pan.
- Drizzle garlic butter over fish and vegetables; top fish with lemon slices.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
