Description

A fast, healthy, and flavorful sheet-pan dinner featuring tender tilapia fillets and roasted asparagus in a garlic-lemon butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 Tilapia Fillets
  • 1 lb Fresh Asparagus
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Large Lemon
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Black Pepper
  • Fresh Parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Trim asparagus and place on one side of the pan.
  3. Whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and spices.
  4. Pat Tilapia dry and place on the other side of the pan.
  5. Drizzle garlic butter over fish and vegetables; top fish with lemon slices.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve.
