Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup + 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 5 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, almond flour, egg, seasonings, and 1/4 cup parmesan.
  2. Roll into 12-15 meatballs and sear in a skillet until browned. Remove from pan.
  3. Melt butter in the same pan and sauté minced garlic.
  4. Add beef broth and heavy cream, simmering until thickened.
  5. Stir in remaining parmesan and return meatballs to the pan to coat.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve.
