- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Almond Flour
- 1/4 cup + 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 5 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Beef Broth
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix ground beef, almond flour, egg, seasonings, and 1/4 cup parmesan.
- Roll into 12-15 meatballs and sear in a skillet until browned. Remove from pan.
- Melt butter in the same pan and sauté minced garlic.
- Add beef broth and heavy cream, simmering until thickened.
- Stir in remaining parmesan and return meatballs to the pan to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
