- 1 lb Ground Turkey (93% lean)
- 2 fresh jalapeño peppers, minced
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely mince the jalapeños, removing seeds for less heat.
- In a bowl, gently combine turkey, jalapeño, cheese, and spices.
- Form into 4 patties and create a small dimple in the center of each.
