Description

Ingredients

  • 3 large overripe bananas
  • 2 cups 1:1 Gluten-Free Flour blend
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×5 loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl and whisk in melted butter, sugars, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour into pan and bake for 55-65 minutes.
  6. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then move to a wire rack.
