A cheesy, savory, and incredibly fast one-pot pasta meal that combines ground beef, ziti noodles, and three types of cheese in the Instant Pot.

- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 16 oz Ziti Pasta
- 24 oz Marinara Sauce
- 3 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 small Onion, diced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté onions, garlic, and ground beef in olive oil until browned.
- Deglaze the pot with a splash of broth, scraping up all browned bits.
- Layer dry ziti over the meat without stirring.
- Pour marinara sauce and remaining broth over the pasta.
- Seal and cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes, then Quick Release.
- Stir in cheeses and let sit for 2 minutes to melt.
