Ingredients

  • 16 oz Ziti Pasta
  • 24 oz Marinara Sauce
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Sauté onions, garlic, and ground beef in olive oil until browned.
  2. Deglaze the pot with a splash of broth, scraping up all browned bits.
  3. Layer dry ziti over the meat without stirring.
  4. Pour marinara sauce and remaining broth over the pasta.
  5. Seal and cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes, then Quick Release.
  6. Stir in cheeses and let sit for 2 minutes to melt.
