A delicious and healthy take on meatballs featuring a sticky honey garlic glaze and lean ground turkey.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Ground Turkey (93% lean)
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 5 cloves garlic, divided
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, half the garlic, ginger, and onions.
- Roll into 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Sear meatballs in a skillet until browned.
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and remaining garlic.
- Pour sauce over meatballs, simmer until cooked through (165°F).
- Thicken with cornstarch slurry and serve.
