Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 5 cloves garlic, divided
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch


Instructions

  1. Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, half the garlic, ginger, and onions.
  2. Roll into 1.5-inch meatballs.
  3. Sear meatballs in a skillet until browned.
  4. Whisk honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and remaining garlic.
  5. Pour sauce over meatballs, simmer until cooked through (165°F).
  6. Thicken with cornstarch slurry and serve.
