- 3 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Low-sodium Soy Sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp Water
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Blanch or steam broccoli florets until al dente.
- Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and drain excess fat.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
- Add the broccoli, toss to coat, and serve over rice.
