- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 6 tbsp Unsalted butter (divided)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 lb Elbow macaroni
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 3 cups Whole milk
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
Instructions
- Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente; drain.
- Sear seasoned chicken in butter until golden.
- Add garlic, honey, and soy sauce to chicken; simmer until glazed.
- Prepare a roux with butter and flour, then whisk in milk until thickened.
- Melt cheeses into the milk mixture to create a sauce.
- Combine pasta with cheese sauce and top with the honey garlic chicken.
