- 3-4 medium overripe bananas
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup extra sugar for swirl
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.
- Mash bananas and mix with melted butter, sugars, egg, vanilla, and sour cream.
- Fold in dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) until just combined.
- Layer half the batter in the pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, then repeat.
- Swirl with a knife and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
