- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese (blended)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a small baking dish.
- Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- In a bowl, mix blended cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning.
- Fold in the shredded chicken.
- Transfer to the dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling.
- Garnish with green onions and serve.
