  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 8 oz Water Chestnuts, diced
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry butter lettuce leaves carefully.
  2. Whisk together peanut butter, water, vinegar, honey, and lime to make the sauce.
  3. Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in sesame oil.
