- 2 heads Butter Lettuce
- 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, grated
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 8 oz Water Chestnuts, diced
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots
Instructions
- Wash and dry butter lettuce leaves carefully.
- Whisk together peanut butter, water, vinegar, honey, and lime to make the sauce.
- Sauté onions, garlic, and ginger in sesame oil.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Stir in water chestnuts, soy sauce, and sriracha; simmer for 2 minutes.
- Spoon turkey into lettuce leaves and drizzle with peanut sauce and garnishes.
