- 1 Onion, diced

- 1 Bell Pepper, diced
- 15 oz can Kidney Beans, rinsed
- 15 oz can Diced Tomatoes
- 8 oz Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Beef or Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Elbow Macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sauté onion, pepper, and garlic in olive oil until soft.
- Add ground turkey and brown until fully cooked.
- Stir in spices, beans, diced tomatoes, and tomato sauce.
- Add broth and macaroni, then simmer covered for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and serve.
