- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts or thighs
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Dry and season chicken pieces.
- Sear chicken in olive oil and 1 tbsp butter until golden.
- Reduce heat, add remaining butter and minced garlic.
- Toss chicken in the garlic butter sauce and add lemon juice.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
