A restaurant-quality recipe for butterflied jumbo shrimp stuffed with a savory, buttery cracker and herb filling.

- 1 lb Jumbo Shrimp (U-12 or U-15), peeled and deveined, tails on
- 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup Lump crabmeat (optional)
- 4 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Dry white wine
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and butterfly the shrimp.
- Mix crushed crackers, melted butter, garlic, parsley, and seasoning in a bowl.
- Press a tablespoon of stuffing onto each butterflied shrimp.
- Place shrimp on a baking sheet and pour wine into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and the shrimp are opaque.
