- 12 large fresh strawberries
- 100g kunafa (kataifi) pastry
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 tbsp pistachio cream
- 200g high-quality milk or dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
- Crushed pistachios for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and dry strawberries completely.
- Chop kunafa and toast in butter until golden brown.
- Mix cooled kunafa with pistachio cream.
- Apply a layer of the mixture to each strawberry and chill.
- Melt chocolate and dip the strawberries to coat.
- Top with crushed pistachios and let set.
