Ingredients

  • 24 oz cooked chicken, shredded
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Optional: 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles


Instructions

  1. Place shredded chicken in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add cubed cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and dressing.
  3. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Cook on Low for 2-3 hours, stirring halfway through.
  5. Top with remaining cheese, melt for 15 minutes, garnish and serve.
