  • 2 Cups Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chives
  • 1/4 Cup Caramelized Onions
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Cook Irish Bangers in a skillet until browned, then slice or crumble.
  3. Mash potatoes with cream, butter, and seasonings until smooth.
  4. Press wonton wrappers into muffin tin and par-bake for 5 minutes.
