- 12 Wonton Wrappers
- 4-5 Irish Bangers
- 2 Cups Mashed Potatoes
- 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Salted Butter
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Dubliner Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chives
- 1/4 Cup Caramelized Onions
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a muffin tin.
- Cook Irish Bangers in a skillet until browned, then slice or crumble.
- Mash potatoes with cream, butter, and seasonings until smooth.
- Press wonton wrappers into muffin tin and par-bake for 5 minutes.
- Layer caramelized onions and sausage at the bottom of each cup.
- Spoon or pipe mashed potatoes on top and add a final piece of sausage.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden. Garnish with chives.
