- 1 cup Sourdough Discard
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Melted Butter or Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Dried Herbs (Rosemary, Thyme)
- Flaky Sea Salt for topping
Instructions
- Mix sourdough discard, fat, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Add flour until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough between two sheets of parchment paper until 1/16th inch thick.
- Score into squares and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Cool completely before storing.
