Ingredients

- 16 oz ravioli (cheese or beef)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Olive oil spray
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
- Whisk eggs and milk in one bowl; combine breadcrumbs, Panko, parmesan, and spices in another.
- Dip each ravioli in the egg wash, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place ravioli on the baking sheet and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with marinara sauce.
Notes
Lower in fat than fried versions, high in protein, and extremely customizable with various fillings.
