  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Olive oil spray
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
