Ingredients

  • 1 lb Large Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1.5 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Avocado oil spray


Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp completely dry with paper towels.
  2. Prepare three bowls: flour/seasoning, beaten eggs, and Panko/spices.
  3. Dredge each shrimp in flour, dip in egg, and coat thoroughly in Panko.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  5. Place shrimp in a single layer in the basket and spray with oil.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through and spraying again.
