Description
A luxurious and easy-to-make pasta dish featuring seared salmon and a velvety lemon-garlic cream sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Salmon fillets
- 12 oz Pasta (Penne or Fettuccine)
- 1.5 cups Heavy cream
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Shallot, diced
- 1 Lemon (zested and juiced)
- 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cups Fresh baby spinach
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- Sear seasoned salmon in olive oil until cooked through, then remove and flake.
- Sauté shallots and garlic in butter, then add heavy cream and simmer.
- Stir in lemon juice, zest, and Parmesan cheese to thicken the sauce.
- Toss pasta and spinach into the sauce until wilted.
- Fold in the flaked salmon and fresh dill before serving.
